We don't collect your financial information in any way, all transactions go through the reliable merchant service providers such as Braintree, PayPal, or Authorize. We accept all the major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, you may use PayPal and GooglePay Payment Processors as well.

Do you ship international orders?
We don't ship directly to international addresses. We offer shipping to all US addresses and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico etc.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
We ship all orders out within 24 hours, on the same or next business day after receiving your order with cleared payment. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, and you can easily track the order on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

What shipping carriers do you use, and how long does it take to receive my order?
We currently ship orders with USPS, FedEx and UPS. Almost for all purchased items estimated delivery time is 3 - 5 business days (Delivery may be delayed due to COVID-19), the exact delivery date depends on your location. For all paper products such as books, catalogs, magazines etc, transit and delivery time takes about 7 - 10 business days.

How much does shipping cost?
It's mostly free, but some of the special handling products have fixed shipping rates from $2.99 to $9.99.

Do you provide special packaging for fragile and breakable goods?
Yes, all our glassware & dinnerware items are mandatory packed in our special three layer protection packaging, so that you will receive your order safe and sound.

Do you have a return policy, and how do I return a product?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept most product returns within 30 days of receipt. The return items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging and all tags must be included. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 3 - 5 days. If you are a registered user of our online Fashion & Stylish Shop, you can make a return request in your personal account, otherwise please contact us using this direct form to get your RMA number.

I need to cancel my order?
You may cancel within 60 minutes from placing the order. For most orders we provide same/next business day fulfillment and the order being shipped as soon as possible.
